Vancouver Condo living & Rain

Arriving into Vancouver first 12 days are rain-free. That's almost a miracle here in this rain forest climate for September.
Time to get ourselves sorted out with Ikea trips & frequenting the local Sallyann (Salvation Army thrift or charity store). Pic of Condo block entrance. See the tall fella with his arms crossed -street art by our doorway and very attractive too.
Condo lobby. It's so big I could hold a dance class or qigong group here.
There's so many lights left on day/night and comfy seats could almost
be a secondary snooze zone.
Rain footwear for bicycling in all weathers,
view from patio of the Vancouver condo (that's apartment to those non north americans)
Us and hats - with a wink and a nod.
It' provincial law in BC to wear bike helmets but we are not
convinced of their health benefits so sometimes we wear
these for cycling - bit rebellious but steam punk rules okay
I love my wellies (rubber boots) - Linzi
